摘要
目的:探讨低能量氯氖激光治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床疗效观察。方法:在给予控制感染,降颅压减轻脑细胞水肿,控制惊厥,补充液体等支持对症治疗的同时,采用氯氖激光治疗仪治疗进行血管内照射,每日一次,每次照40min,7次(7d)为一个疗程。结果:患几经低能量氯氖激光治疗一个疗程后,基本治愈65例,占80%,显效12例,占15%,有效3例,占3.7%。总有效率达100%,并在3个月内定期随访80例患儿,有95%患儿头部CT已恢复正常,并无后遗症。结论:低能量氯氖激光血管内照射不仅对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病进行早期干预,而且不良反应少,有利于临床的恢复,操作简单,应用安全可靠,疗程短,见效快。
Objective : To explore the low - energy helium - neon laser treatment of neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy clinical observation. Conclusion: The low - energy helium - neon laser irradiation not only for neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy early intervention, and less adverse reactions are conducive to clinical recovery, simple operation, apphcation security, reliable, short course, quick.
