摘要
目的探讨遗传因素在银屑病发病中所起的作用。方法采用调查表形式对２４７例银屑病患者进行调查，用Ｅｐｉｉｎｆｏ６．０软件及Ｆａｌｃｏｎｅｒ法对数据资料进行统计计算。结果２４７例银屑病患者中，有阳性家族史的６３例（２５．５１％），其中一级亲属的患病率为４．２１％，二组亲属的患病率为０．７１％；先证者一级亲属的遗传度为０．７８２±０．０３４，二级亲属的遗传度为０．６９８±０．０８８；Ⅰ型银屑病患者中，一级亲属的遗传度为０．７９７±０．０３６，二级亲属的遗传度为０．７５２±０．０９２，Ⅱ型银屑病患者中，一级亲属的遗传度为０．７３０±０．０８９，二级亲属的遗传度为０．１７１±０．３８０。结论银屑病是一种多基因遗传病，遗传因素在其发病中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of genetic factor on the onset of psoriasis. Methods 247 patients with psoriasis were studied by questionnaire. Epi info 6 0 and Falconer methods were applied for the statistic analysis. Results In 247 patients with psoriasis, there are 63 patients with positive family history (25 5%). The morbidity rate of the first and the second grade relatives are 4 21% and 0 71% respectively. The heritability of the first and second grade relatives are 0 782±0 034 and 0 698±0 088 respectively. In type Ⅰ psoriasis, the heritability of the first and the second grade relatives are 0.797±0.036 and 0 752±0 092 respectively. In type Ⅱ psoriasis, The heritability of the first and the second grade relatives are 0 730±0 089 and 0 171±0 380 respectively. Conclusion Psoriasis is a polygenic inheritable disease, the genetic factor plays an important role in its onset, and it is easier to inherit the disease in type Ⅰ psoriasis and the first grade relatives.
