摘要
２２只外翻患足接受了囊筋膜瓣中１／３经第一跖骨头横孔与收肌吻合的矫形手术，经６个月～４年的随诊，效果满意，优良率９０．９％，前足缩窄最大者达１０ｍｍ。６只足在术后３～５个月，开始穿高跟鞋，经２～３年随访无复发。
feet with hallux valgus were treated surgically;the fascial flap of bursa of hallux was passed through a hole in the head of the first metatarsal and was sutured with the tendon of adductor hallucis.For half a year to four years follow-up the rate of good result was 90.9 per cent.The front of foot was abridged after surgery by 10 mm. 6 patients wore the high-heels shoes from 3 to 5 months after surgery and did not had recurrence of the deformity during 2 to 3 years.However,this prodecure is not appropriate for hallux valgus with the obliquity of the distal articular surface of the first metatarsal.
