12个月以下婴儿开展人工耳蜗植入术的研究

摘要 目的对12个月以下婴儿行耳蜗植入术的风险及效果进行评估。方法回顾性研究10例接受人工耳蜗植入术的12月以下患儿的临床资料，患儿平均年龄9．2个月（6．7—11．6个月），随诊时间自术后2个月至术后5年。结果10例患儿中9例电极完全插入。有1例电极未完全插入并出现术后脑脊液漏。无其他术后并发症。术后1—3个月患儿纯音平均听阈为27．5dB（20～45dB），术后5～7个月患儿纯音平均听阈25dB（15—30dB）。结论耳聋患儿7个月大时行人工耳蜗植入术，而不必拖延至12个月大以后再进行手术，以增加其大脑对语言的学习时间。
