摘要
外高桥三期工程采用了国内自主设计的首台1 000 MW超超临界塔式锅炉和首台与1 000 MW配套的一级输送刮板捞渣机。通过一级输送和两级输送捞渣机的对比,该工程选择的捞渣机在槽体、斜升段、干链返回段等各部分均有独到的设计,实现了高可靠性。该工程的塔式锅炉在锅炉效率、炉膛烟气温度均匀性、降低脱硝催化剂堵塞的概率、减少汽轮机固体颗粒侵蚀等方面有着良好的表现,对此进行了理论分析。
The first domestic-made 1 000 MW supercritical tower-type boiler and Submerged Slag Conveyer (SSC) are equipped in Waigaoqiao Project Phase Ⅲ. The SSC is of one-stage type and special designed for trough, raising part and returning chain. The tower-type boiler presents good aspects on boiler efficiency, gas temperature uniformity, decrease the block possibility of SCR catalyst and prevention small particle erosion (SPE) on turbine, which are analyzed theoretically.
