摘要
目前液晶显示器在汽车产业的应用越来越普遍,文章通过2009年法兰克福汽车展(第63届)中第一手资料,观察到新车中平均一台汽车使用3片液晶面板。由于汽车产业对供货商的品质要求相当严格,即使驱动IC也必须通过应力测试认证,文章详述此认证规范AEC-Q100。
Currently the LCD display used in car is more and more popular. From the first hand observation in 2009 （63th） IAA, we concluded there are 3 pieces of LCD displays in average to use in a new car. Due to there is high quality requirement from the customer in automotive industry, even a LCD driver is necessary to approve the stress test qualification which is called AEC-Q100. We introduce AEC-Q100 in this paper.
