摘要
目的:探讨川芎嗪、酚妥拉明治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:142例糖尿病周围神经病患者随机分为A、B两组,两组在常规降糖治疗的基础上A组应用维生素B1500mg、维生素B12500μg分别肌内注射;B组则用川芎嗪120mg加于0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml,酚妥拉明10mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注。以上两组用药均1次/d,共治疗程3周。观察治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)和Hoffman反射潜伏期测定。结果:两组患者于治疗后其MCV均有不同程度的改善,Hoffman反射潜伏期缩短,仍以B组显著,且该组有8例MCV恢复正常,而A组则无一例恢复正常。结论:川芎嗪联合酚妥拉明治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有症状缓解快,完全缓解率高等优点,效果明显优于维生素B1、维生素B12。
Objective： To study the effect of ligustrazine combined with phentolamine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods ： 1.42 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into A and B groups. On the basis of the standard treatment falled blood sugar,72 patients in A group were injected through muscle with VitB1 500 mg and Vit B12500 μg daily for 3 weeks,70 patients in B group were injected through vein with ligustrazine 120mg and phentolamine 10mg singly added into 0.9% NS 250 ml for 3 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV） and the measurement of Hoffman reflexes＇s incubation period. Results：During 3 weeks treatment, the MCV of all patients had improved on the differet degree and Hoffman reflexesls incubation period were shorter than before,but the patients in B group were treated progressively. The MCV of 8 patients in B group returned to normal but that of no one in A group. Conehlsion：Ligustrazine combined with phentolamine induces more rapid symptom relief and higher relief rate than VitB1 and VitB12. The effect of ligustrazine combined with phentolamine is superior to that of VitB1 and VitB12 in therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
