摘要
泪小管断裂是眼部附属器外伤最常见的一种。近年来，本科采用双泪小管环形硅胶管泪道插管治疗因眼部钝伤下泪小管断裂患眼，拔管后追踪观察3～6月，疗效满意，手术方法不复杂、安全，具有临床推广、实用价值。
The laceration of the canaliculus is a common trauma of the eye ap paratus. Early repairment and anastomosis is desirable, since it will re sult in chronically tearing and visual acuity disorder. In recent years, the patients with laceration of lower canaliculi in our department were treated with silicone annular intubation in lower and upper canaliculi. Following up 3 to 6 months after removing the tubes, the results are satisfied and have clinical application value.
