摘要
目的调查"甲流"时期大学生的心理状态并提出干预对策。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取杭州师范大学450名学生作为调查对象,利用自制问卷调查甲型H1N1流感流行时期大学生的心理状态、对"甲流"的了解程度、危机处理方式、排压方式、心理影响因素等。结果收回有效问卷400份,有61.3%的大学生对"甲流"给予积极关注和了解。73.2%的学生面对"甲流"内心平静,有59.1%的学生觉得自己不会轻易染上"甲流",40.7%的学生不愿陪伴生病同学去医院看病,11.8%的学生不愿意被隔离,25.8%的学生觉得回家安全,有73.8%的学生认为应该服从学校统一安排,49.8%的学生认为自身所处生活环境的变化是对自己心理影响最大的因素。结论甲型H1N1流感流行时期,大学生存在一定程度的心理问题,学校应积极采取有效的心理干预措施。
Objective To investigate the mental status of students of Hangzhou Normal University during the A/ H1N1 influenza pandemic and to propose an interventional strategy. Methods A stratified cluster random sample of 450 students in Hangzhou Normal University was investigated. The questionnaire including mental status of college students, understanding of A/H1N1 influenza, ways of crisis treatment, ways to deal with stress and psychological factors was used. Results 400 questionnaires were reclaimed. 61.3% students showed a positive attention and understanding of influenza A/H1N1. 73.2% of the students indicated a peaceful heart facing the influenza pandemic and 59.1% of the students felt that they will not be easily infected by influenza A/H1N1. 40.7% of the students were reluctant to accompany sick students to see the doctor and 11.8% of them were not willing to be isoiated. 25.8% of the students feel safe when returning home and 73.8% of them were willing to obey the arrangement of the school. 49.8% of the students considered that the change of the environment they lived was the greatest impact factor to their mental status. Conclusion There were certain degree mental problems in college students during the A/H1N1 influenza pandemic. School authority should adopt effective psychological interventional measures to help the students.
