摘要
目的了解某高校大学生饮奶情况和不同饮奶方式对牛奶的耐受情况,为寻找合理的饮奶方式提供基础数据。方法采取整群抽样法,从某高校抽取100名大学生作为调查对象,为每人提供准确称量的25g奶粉(含乳糖6.25g),进行4次不同饮奶方式的调查。结果早餐空腹、早餐混食、正餐混食、正餐2h后饮奶不耐受症状发生率分别为27.6%,23.7%,13.7%,23.7%。早餐空腹饮奶不耐受率最高,正餐饮奶不耐受症状发生率最低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.16,P<0.05)。结论大学生对25g奶粉普遍耐受,不同饮奶方式不耐受症状发生率不同。建议不要空腹饮奶。
Objective To learn milk drinking status and milk intolerance status of undergraduates with different milk drinking patterns,in order to find out reasonable milk drinking pattern and provide basic data for increasing this group's intake of milk.Methods By using cluster sampling method,100 undergraduates were selected and tested about milk intolerance symptoms after having drunk 25 g milk powder(including 6.25 g lactose)in 4 different milk drinking patterns.Results The prevalence rate of milk intolerance symptom were 27.6%,23.7%,13.7% and 23.7% by drinking milk with empty stomach in the morning,with breakfast,with regular meal,2 hours after regular meal,respectively.The prevalence of milk intolerance was highest when drinking milk with empty stomach in the morning,and it was lowest when drinking milk with regular meal,the difference was significant(χ^2=6.16,P〈0.05).Conclusion Most undergraduates can endure 25 g milk powder.Different milk drinking pattern has different milk intolerance prevalence rate.We suggest don't drink milk with empty stomach.
