甘蓝型双低油菜油蔬两用栽培的产量、效益及菜薹营养研究初报 被引量:69

Preliminary Results of Yield,Income and Nutrition of Double Low Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) Cultivated for Oilseed-vegetable-dual-purpose

摘要 以甘蓝型双低油菜和白菜型红菜薹为材料,通过对比试验和化学检测研究了甘蓝型双低油菜油蔬两用栽培在重庆市生态生产条件下的产量、效益和菜薹营养。结果表明:油蔬两用栽培产菜薹2382 kg/hm2,产菜籽2219 kg/hm2,菜籽产量比单收菜籽栽培减产8.1%;油蔬两用栽培纯收入5221.80元/hm2,比单收菜籽栽培新增纯收入1552.80元/hm2,增收42.3%;甘蓝型双低油菜薹营养丰富,除铁的含量外,其维生素C和钙、硒、锌等微量元素含量明显高于白菜型红菜薹,可溶性总糖、粗纤维等营养指标与白菜型红菜薹相当。甘蓝型双低油菜油蔬两用栽培有良好的增收效果,可在重庆市适宜地区示范推广。 Yield, income and nutrition of double low rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivated for oilseed-vege- table-dual-purpose (abbr.: OVDP Rapeseed) and Red Shoot (Brassica campestris L.) were studied preliminari- ly by comparative experiment and nutritive index testing in Chongqing. The results indicated that: OVDP Rapeseed harvested 2382 kg/hm2 shoot additively and 2219 kg/hm2 oilseed, 8.1% less than conventional rape- seed which yielded oilseed singly (CK). The net income of OVDP rapeseed reached 5221.80 yuan/hm2, 1552.80 yuan/hm2 more than that of CK, or a growth of 42.3% over that of CK. The shoot of double low rape- seed is rich nutrition, it is better in main nutrition indexes such as content of Vc, Ca, Zn, Se, and equivalent in total soluble sugar and crude fiber, but lower in Iron content, while compared with Red Shoot. It was proved preliminarily that OVDP Rapeseed gained more income than CK and it should be demonstrated and extended in suitable areas in Chongqing.
