摘要
目的完善我国的基本药物制度,保证公众能够获得基本药物。方法采用文献研究的方法,阐述基本药物制度存在的4个主要问题,提出完善我国基本药物制度的建议。结果目前,我国基本药物制度尚无明确的法律地位,在基本药物可及性、可供应性、可支付性和合理使用等方面都存在问题。结论我国需要制定法律法规来规范基本药物制度的实施,进一步完善基本药物制度,实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的目标。
Objective To improve the national essential medicine system, and make sure that me public can obtain the essential medicines. Methods By reviewing literature, analyze the four primary problems existing in the national essential medicine system and propose the suggestions. Results At the present time, the national essential medicine system has no definite legal status and has some problems with accessibility, availability, affordability and rational use of medicines to the essential medicine and so on. Conclusions Our country should set out legal documents to regulate the implementing of the national essential medicine system, make progress to improve the national essential medicine system, achieve the goal which everyone will have access to basic medical and health services.
