摘要
针对已投入运行的抽水蓄能电站的特点,按等效替代的原则,建立了调峰填谷节煤效益定量评估的数学模型,并采用多种实用方法相结合的串联解法:对压负荷调峰采用“先进后出”替换法,对启停机调峰采用动态规划法,对弃水调峰采用电能损失比较法,对负荷分配采用煤耗微增率法.诸种方法都统一于煤耗量最小准则,故能组合应用.为便于计算、存档、查询、统计逐日节煤效益,专门开发、研制了ZS软件系统.该软件系统试运算6个多月来,工作正常,效果良好.
A model for evaluating the benefit of saving coal of the pumped storage plant by hump modulation and trough stuffing was made in accordance with the characteristics of the operating pumped storage plants on the principle of equivalent replacement,and the authors proposed a contacting solution by integrating several practicable methods-regulating the peak load by lowering the load according to the replacement method of `first in then out',running or closing the thermal power stations units by dynamic programming approach and discarding the water in a reservoir on the basis of comparisons between the lost electric energy,these methods can be integrated together in accordance with the principle of minimum coal consumption in power system.ZS software system has been developped for the convenience of calculating filing inquiring and counting the benefit of saving coal daily .This system has been operated well for six months more.
