摘要
针对以岗位任职能力培养为重点的任职教育,结合中专士官教学实际,阐述了在移动电站的教学过程中如何采用图示和演示等启发式教学方式,充分调动学员的学习积极性和主动性的手段与方法.
Aimed at the post education where the training of post capability is stressed, and combined with the teaching practice of sergeants at the technical secondary level, how to employ illustration, demonstration as well as other heuristic teaching modes for the mobile power station education were described, and the methods and means of translating fully the positivity and initiative of cadets given.
