摘要
运用电生理膜片钳技术,对麻黄碱作用于HCN通道的药理学机制进行了研究,发现了麻黄碱对HCN通道电流有一定的抑制作用.
In this paper, we studied on the pharmacological mechanism of the role of ephedrine in HCN channel with patch-clamp technique. And we found that ephedrine depress HCN channel currents to some extent. These findings are of great significance to reveal the pharmacological mechanism of ephedrine and the physiological functions of HCN channel.
