摘要
通过正交实验,获得了低温铝基硬钎料基体成分的熔化温度和钎焊工艺性的实验数据。在此基础上,利用计算机进行回归处理,建立了Zn、Cu、Si的含量与钎料性能之间的数学模型,实现了低温铝基硬钎料的基体成分的优化设计。
The melting temperature and brazability of the basic component of low temperature aluminium-based brazing filler metal are obtained through the orthogonal test.Based on this and having regression treatment by computer,the mathematical model on the basic content of Zn,Cu,Si and property of brazing filler metal is built up and the optimization design of the base material composition in the aluminium-based brazing filler metal is realized also.
