摘要
针对电阻焊机冷却系统中沉积物多、冷却效果下降的问题，提出了相应的化学清洗和控制沉积物的方法。结果表明，采用新方法后有效地控制了水垢和污垢的沉积。
Aiming at the problem that too much deposit sediment reduces cooling effect of cooling system of resistance welder,chemical cleaning and the new way controlling deposit sediment are raised accordingly.It shows that the deposition of scale and contaminant is controlled effectively after this new way is adopted.
