摘要
引入套密度指标作为住宅省地控制的重要策略,阐述其控制性与描述性意义;通过建立套密度与容积率结合的"R&T"数学模型,明确此控制模式的适用范围、方法及意义;并比较净套密度与毛套密度的特点及其应用范围。
Introducing ＂unit density＂into the tactics for land-saving, this paper expatiates the significance of unit density in aspects of control and expression; clarifies the scope of application, method and essence of the mathematical control model of ＂R＆amp;T＂; and makes comparison between the net unit density and gross unit density.
