摘要
本文结合氨合成塔的制造,利用先进的数控机床及螺纹铣刀,通过工艺实验解决筒体端部内螺纹直径大、质量要求高等制造技术难点,并成功应用在产品制造中。
This article combined with ammonia in manufacturing process, using advanced CNC machine tools and thread milling cutters, through the process of solving of the difficulties of the thread diameter and quality requirements on the cylinder end by advanced experiment, and successful application in product manufacturing.
