摘要
论述了当前中国国有资产流失的几种表现形式，分析了国有资产流失的原因，并提出了防止国有资产流失的几种对策，认为只有对企业的行为建立起一套的约束和监督机制，建立和完善法律、法规、规范产权交易市场，完善会计监督体系，才能防止国有资产的流失，实现国有资产的保值、增值。
In this paper, the loss way and reason of state property in China is discussed and analysed, some measures such as the binding and monitoring mechanism of state enterprise must be established, the property right market must be standardized, the accountant monitoring system must be developed to prevent the loss, so as to maintain and appreciate the state property value.
