摘要
在分析湖北省汽车改装业现状的基础上，针对企业规模、行业管理、生产效率及产品技术水平等方面存在的问题，提出了一些建设性的发展建议，强调了组织结构调整、新产品开发与技术创新在湖北省改装汽车工业发展中的作用。
On the basis of present situation for analyzing the Hubei Province refiting vehicleindustry,this paper put forward some constructive proposals to existent problems as respects enterprise size, industrial management, production efficiency. product properties and et al. Besides,' this paper emphasized the action of organizational structure adjustment,new production develop ment and technical innovation in developing the Hubei Province refiting vehicle industry.
