摘要
采用不同浓度的KH2PO4处理常温贮藏12个月和18个月的榉树种子,结果表明:KH2PO4处理可提高榉树种子的发芽势、田间出苗率、活力指数及细胞膜系统的完整性,提高了种子的活力。在一定范围内,随着KH2PO4处理浓度的增加,榉树种子的活力也相应增加,KH2PO4处理浓度以3g/L最佳,处理时间为24h。
The seeds of Zelova schneideriana stored in room temperature for 12 month and 18 months were treated by different concentration KH2PO4. The results showed that the germination potential, seedling rate in field,vigor index and integrality of ceU membrane were improved which seeds treated by KH2PO4. From 0-4.0 g/L,the vigor of Zeiova schneideriana seeds increased with KH2PO4 concentration increasing. 3 g/L KH2PO4 solution treating 24 h had the best effect.
