摘要
推进党的反腐败工作和反腐倡廉建设,必须将民主理念和民主手段引入其中,将民主提升为惩防腐败的新治本之策,着力建立健全"教育、制度、监督、民主"并重的惩治预防腐败体系。这就必须切实关注民主惩治预防腐败的机制、民主惩治预防腐败的机遇和民主惩治预防腐败的机会。
To promote the party＇s anti - corruption work and the building of anti - corruption and advocating clean ,we must introduce democratic ideals and democratic means , regard the democracy as the new permanent cure of punishing and preventing corruption , make efforts to establish and improve the system of punishing and preventing corruption which equally emphasizes on ＂education, institution, supervision, democracy＂ o Thus, we must pay real attention to the four basic elements of ＂democracy＂ punishing and preventing corruption, namely, the mechanism of ＂democracy＂ punishing and preventing corruption ,the system of ＂democracy＂ punishing and preventing corruption , the opportunity of ＂democracy＂ punishing and preventing corruption , the chance of ＂democracy＂ punishing and preventing corruption.
