摘要
本文系统研究了Cr-Mn-B和Cr-Mn-Mo-B两种低合金耐磨钢。测定了合金的CCT和TTT曲线,确定了合金的热处理工艺参数,对比了两种钢不同热处理状态下的基本力学性能和不同磨损条件的耐磨性能。试验得出,两种钢有良好的淬透性,可以空冷淬硬得到M/B组织,获得满意的综合性能和较高的耐磨性。
In this paper Cr-Mn-B and Cr-Mn-MO-B wear-resistant low-alloy steels have been systematic-ally studied. The CCT and TTT curves of both alloys were measured, and the heat treatment pa-rameters were determined. The main mechanical properties of two alloy t?eated with different hea-t-treatment and their abrasive wear resistant properties under different wear conditions were comp-ared. The results of experiments show that both steels have good hardenability, and a microstr-ucture of martensite and bainite can be observed after air-hardening, which gives satisfactory pro-perties and good abrasive wear resistance.
