摘要
采用两阶段种子乳液聚合法制备了表面含一定量HEA的单分散P(St-co-HEA)微球,通过垂直成膜法,在适当温度下制得该微球的胶体晶体薄膜,配置以钛酸四丁酯为钛源的前驱体溶液来浸泡该薄膜,充分水解后,煅烧除去该模板,即得到有序多孔的TiO2薄膜。研究了聚合反应过程中,引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、第二单体量等对单体转化率、微球形貌及粒径的影响。采用FTIR、SEM等对单分散P(St-co-HEA)微球粒径及形貌进行了表征。并对最终的TiO2薄膜进行了SEM表征,其平均孔径约为190nm。
Monodispersed P(St-co-HEA) latex particles were prepared by two-stage seed emulsion polymerization. Colloidal crystal films were obtained by the vertical deposition method at a certain temperature, and the colloidal crystal thin film was dipped in TBOT solution, a ordered porous TiO2 thin film was obtained after removing the templates by annealing. FTIR and SEM estimated the morphology and characteristic of P(St-co-HEA) latex particles. The effects of initiator, reaction temperature and reaction time and the HEA contents on the conversion of monomers were investigated. It can be seen from the SEM picture that the average diameter of the final ordered porous TiO2 thin film was about 190nm.
