摘要
对发动机平衡轴机构进行了研究,并以某V型夹角为60°的8缸(60°V8)发动机为例进行了验证。为了保证得到最优平衡效果,研究了一种先优化平衡目标,再根据平衡目标进行平衡轴设计的方法,运用该方法首先得到了60°V8发动机的预期平衡目标。然后根据平衡目标设计了单轴平衡机构,经仿真分析,能达到预期的平衡效果,但安装位置固定,会与其他构件发生干涉。为了克服干涉问题,重点研究了双轴平衡机构,得到了一种能使安装位置自由变动的方法。经仿真计算,该方法能够保证在达到预期的平衡效果的前提下实现对安装位置的灵活变动,适应于不同的发动机内部空间要求,能有效地防止机构间运动干涉的发生。
The balance shaft mechanism is studied, and a 60°V8 engine was used to verify the research results. To ensure the best balance effect, a method is studied, in which the balance goal is optimized firstly and the balance shaft mechanism is designed according to it. The expected balance goal of the 60° V8 engine is gained using the method. On the basis of the balance goal, the one balance shaft mechanism is designed, and the balance goal is achieved according to the simulation results. However, fixed installation position will result in the interference between balance mechanism and other components. To overcome the interference problem, the double balance shafts mechanism is studied, and a method of flexible variation of installation position" is realized. The simulation results show that using the method of double balance shafts mechanism can not only get the expected balance result hut also have the flexible installation position to meet different engine inner space and avoid the interference problem.
