摘要
简要介绍了化学仿生法的特点、沉积机理及其在硬植入材料表面改性中的应用概况,回顾了国内外关于化学仿生法制备生物活性涂层的研究现状。制备的生物活性涂层较薄、生长速度较慢是制约化学仿生法实际应用的主要因素,而采用与微弧氧化等表面改性技术相结合的复合化处理是将来制备生物活性涂层的发展方向。
The characteristics of biomimetic method, deposition mechanism and its application in surface modification of the hard implants are introduced, and state of the art on preparation of bioactive coatings using biomimetic method is reviewed. The thinner film and the slower growth rate are the main factors to restrain biomimetic method from the practical application, while the composite method like combination of micro-arc oxidation and the other surface modification techniques is the future direction.
