摘要
中国的高等教育研究在世界上独树一帜,经历了从一般的高等教育研究到高等教育学理论构建的过程。在中国,高等教育学既是自成体系的学科,同时也是高度开放的研究领域。即使西方永远不出现"高等教育学"的提法,中国的"高等教育学"也可以理直气壮地称之为学科。中国高等教育研究者应增强使命感,促使中国高等教育研究的发展更加理性和自觉,进而建立一个更为开放自主的高等教育学科体系,逐步形成中国特色高等教育学科理论学派,或可称之为高等教育研究的中国学派。
Passing through the process from common higher education research to the theory construction of the study of higher education, higher education research in China develops a kind of style with own characteristics in the world. In China, the study of higher education is not only a subject forming own system but also a high opening research field. Though the idea of ＂the study of higher education＂ will have never been put forward in western countries, ＂the study of higher education＂ in China can still be called ＂subject＂. Higher education researchers in China should enhance sense of mission, prompt the development of higher education research in China more reasonablely and consciously, then establish a much opener and much autonomous subject system of higher education, and gradually form subject school of higher education with China characteristics or China school of higher education research.
