摘要
本文以平炉钢渣为原料,利用钢渣本身显热,在排渣过程中加入适量添加剂制预熔渣,经破碎制粉为铁水炉外复合脱硫剂,同时回收渣中90%以上的金属铁的新工艺进行了研究。与碱粉或石灰脱硫比,该法具有①成本低;②改善喷吹操作条件和作业的环境;③脱硫渣呈液态,流动性好,一般不需要扒渣;④脱硫过程铁损少,无回磷回硫现象等优点。
A new process producing synthetic desulphurizer by adding a certain amount of additive intomolten slag from open-hearth furnace during tapping is described in this paper. A pre-fused slagproduced with the additive by sensible heat in the tapping slag was cooled and ground. It wasused as desulphurizer for molten iron in the ladle. The results show that 90% of steel pills inthe tapping slag could be recovered. This desulphurization process has the follwing abvantages compared with the use of lime-base reagent or soda-ash; 1. low cost; 2. better working conditions and enviroment 3. no skim off required is good flu-id slag formed after desulphurization; and 4. less iron-loss and no resulphurization/rephosphori-zation.
