摘要
本文结合勘察设计院改企建制工作，提出影响国有资产保值增值的关键是企业资产的所有权和产权界定，国有资产合理流动以及建立健全国有资产监管体系并制订法规和制度。
Combining with the reforming enterprise and setting up System in boction design institUtes, the author puts forward the key to influnce urm keeping and accreting nationalized asset value is to confrm the bound bebeen amership ringh and property righ in enterprise asset, to make the circulation of naionalized asset, to set up and perfect supervising systern of nationalized asset and formlate rules and regulations.
