摘要 免疫系统最重要的能力是区分自身和外来抗原。它能够对机体自身抗原维持耐受并且对病原体和肿瘤细胞等外来抗原产生有效的免疫应答。同时,通过维持免疫应答和免疫耐受之间的动态平衡使机体的内环境保持稳定。树突细胞(DC)是体内功能最强大的专职抗原呈递细胞,是连接初始免疫应答和适应性免疫应答的桥梁。同时它又能通过多种途径诱导中枢和外周耐受,且具有极强的可塑性,因此,一直是肿瘤耐受及移植耐受等领域的研究热点。该文从DC的成熟状态、不同表型和诱导调节性T细胞的产生等多个角度阐述DC与免疫耐受的关系。
