摘要中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,积极扶持其健康发展业已成为理论界与实务界共同关注的焦点。本文通过比较中美两国中小企业金融支持体系的差异,试图为中国中小企业金融支持体系的发展提供依据。 Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of national economy. Helping the small and medium-sized enterprises to develop healthily has become the focus of the theoretical circles and the business circles. The paper makes a comparative stud）, of financial supporting system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and America, and tries to find some evidence for the development of financial supporting system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
