摘要
采用CFD技术预测研究了水泥窑用三通道喷煤管的内外风量比例对燃烧火焰形状、烟气温度分布、窑内换热总量的影响规律,其结果与现有的实际操作经验基本吻合,对指导水泥窑的现场操作及喷煤管的管理、设计有积极意义。
The regulaties affecting flame shape, temperature distribution , heat transfer quantity in rotary kiln by ratioof axial and swirl flow through a coventional three-channel burner have been reported. The sesults coincide with those ofactual operation experince and are helpful for guiding working on roatry kiln.
