摘要
高炉寿命短、炉缸工作状况不佳,是当前高炉生产技术上存在的主要问题。本文讨论了我国高炉寿命的现状和解决办法;提出了衡量炉缸状况的标志和改善措施;并从系统节能和我国的实际情况出发,对高炉建设和技术改造中选用的合理风温和炉顶压力提出了建议。
Short furnace campaign and unsatisfactory working condition in the hearth are two maiorproblems existing in China's blast furnace operation and technology, This paper gives the pres-ent situation of blast furnace campaign in China and way and means to prolong the furnace ser-vice life measures for evaluating and improving the hearth condition are also stated. Taking sy-stematic energy conservation and local conditions in China into consideration, the author presentsthe rational blast temperatures and top pressures which are two important factors in the construc-tion/modernization of blast furnaces.
