氧化铈对锂铝硅微晶玻璃粘度和结构的影响 被引量:6

Research on Viscosity and Structure in Floating Lithium Aluminosilicate Glass-ceramics

摘要 锂铝硅(LAS)平板微晶玻璃广泛应用于微电子、航天航空及国防军工等尖端领域。浮法工艺具有能耗低、产量高、质量优等特点,是生产LAS平板微晶玻璃的最佳工艺。同传统的钠钙硅平板玻璃相比,要实现LAS微晶玻璃的浮法生产,仍存在许多技术难点。借助Raman、高温粘度测试分析,探讨氧化铈对浮法锂铝硅系统微晶玻璃成形过程中粘度和结构变化。 Lithium alluminosilicate(LAS) glass-ceramics has been applied in micro-electronic,space flight,war industry adv.for it s excellent performance.Float technology is the best technology for LAS glass-ceramics because it is good in low energy consumption,high output and excellent quality.There is being much difficult in technology to realize float production.In this paper,Raman and high temperature viscosity are tested to research on viscosity and structure in floating Lithium alluminosilicate glass-ceramics.
