摘要
目的研究中药蕤仁(Nux Prinsepiae)的化学成分。为进一步开发利用这一传统中药资源提供依据。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定与光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从蕤仁的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为山萘酚(kaempferol,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、豆甾(stigmast-4-ene-3β,6β-diol,3)、1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基)-苯基-1,2,3-丙三醇[1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-1,2,3-propanetriol,4]、阿魏醛(ferulaldehyde,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、丁二酸(succinic acid,7)、N-乙酰谷氨酸(N-acetyl-glutamic acid,8)。化合物1-8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Nux Prinsepiae in order to reveal the active components for their further development. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Compounds 1-8 were obtained and their structures are identified as kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), stigmast-4-ene-3β, 6β-diol ( 3 ), 1 -( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy ) -phenyl-1,2,3-propanetriol ( 4 ), ferulaldehyde ( 5 ), gallic acid ( 6 ), succinic acid (7), N-acetyl-glutamic acid ( 8 ). Conclusions Compounds 1-8 are isolated from the genus of Prinsepia for the ftrst time.
