摘要 :在大量试验基础上,配制出水泥含量仅13%的425#胶凝材料及空心率达57%的陶粒粉煤灰空心砌块。通过采取改善工艺、激发粉煤灰活性、调整材料配比等措施,使陶粒粉煤灰空心砌块的强度、含水率、干缩率、软化系数、抗碳化性、抗冻性等各项性能均得到提高,达到10.0级空心砌块的标准。 The ceramsite flyash hollow blocks with 13% of cement content as 425# c e mentitious material and 57% of hollow rate have been formulated on a basis of a great deal of tests.The performance data of the ceramsite fly ash hollow block,such as strength,dry shrinkage,soften coefficient,carbonizingresistant and frost-proof have been increased by means of improved process,excited fly ash and regulated formula,which has reached the 10.0grade of block standard.
