摘要
目标威胁度是确定火力单元如何分配的重要依据之一。在防空作战指挥决策过程中,目标威胁度评估与排序是其关键环节之一。本文根据反空袭作战的特点,首先对影响目标威胁度评估的指标因素进行了分析和量化,然后构建了基于AHP和GIA的目标威胁度评估模型,最后结合实例验证了模型的可行性和有效性,为解决目标威胁度评估问题提供了一种新思路。
Target threat is one of important basis which is used to allocate fire unit. Evaluating and sequencing of target threat is one of key links when we command in air defense battle. First, according to the characteristics of anti-air attack battle, author analyzed and quantified the factors which influenced evaluation of target threat. Then, the model about evaluation of target threat is established based on AHP and GIA. Finally, an example is analyzed by the model, which proved the feasibility and the validity of the model. A new consideration for solving problem of evaluation of target threat is provided in this paper.
