摘要
介绍了二次烧结法生产微晶玻璃的概况、生产工艺和装备、产品的性能指标及质量水平、成本及售价、产品使用情况、生产中存在的问题及解决措施。生产线可同时生产平面板、弧形板和特异形板，平面板最大规格可达1000mm×2000mm；产品综合成品率达85％以上。板材质量处于国内领先水平，接近和达到国外先进水平，是替代天然石材及同类进口产品的理想材料。
The paper presents the production process and equipment to produce ceramic glass with second sinter process.It also introduces the product property indexes and quality,cost and price,application and existing problems in production as well as solution.The production line can produce flat sheet, curve sheet and special shaped sheet at the same time.The max. flat shee is 1000mm×2000mm with total finished product rate more than 85% .The quality of the sheet material is in the leading position at home,approaches and reaches the advanced level abroad.They are ideal materials instead of natural stone material and same kind of imported products.
