摘要
本课题进行了粉煤灰等量替代硅酸盐水泥配制粉煤灰混凝土,并研究了养护方式对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土强度的影响,为大掺量高强粉煤灰混凝土的配制提供了实验依据。实验结果表明,采用蒸养—蒸压二次养护工艺,可大大减少水泥用量,降低生产成本,获得良好的经济效益与社会效益。
This topic studies the preparation of fly ash concrete with an equal amount of fly ash instead of an equal amount of portland cement, studies the effects of curing methods on the strength of concrete with high fly ash content, and provides the experimental basis for preparing high - strength concrete with high fly ash content. test restilts show that the cement amount can be greatly reduced, the productlon cost can be lowered and good economic and social benefits can be obtained by adopting 2 - time steam - autoclaving curing process.
