摘要
本文通过势流理论,对喷吹钢包中渣金界面的接触状态进行理论分析,建立了渣金卷混过程的波前离散线涡数学模型。对不同喷吹条件下的界面不稳定状态进行了计算和描述。发现韦伯数为描述卷混过程的决定性准数。理论研究结果可以应用于确定钢包吹氩净化的合理工艺参数,推荐合理吹氩量为 100~200 L/min。
A mathematical model based on the theory of the potential flow has been deduced to illustratethe entrapment phenomena in the oil/water stratified flow. It has been found that the oil drop sta-rted to be entrapped into the water bath when the water flow velocity was 0.233 m/sec. The criti-cal condition of the entrapment can be described by Weber Number equal to 12.3, which indicatesthat the slag drop will be entrapped into steel bath if the surface steel flow velocity reaches to0.18--0.59 m/sec. 100~200 NL/min of Ar flow rate is then suggested to be the optimum stirringparameter of the ladle cleaning process to avoid large inclusions in steel products.
