数据挖掘(Data Mining)是从大量的、不完全的、模糊的、随机的数据中提取潜在的有用的信息和知识的过程。对数据挖掘的定义、功能及在图书馆中的应用的介绍,有助于提高图书馆图书的借阅量及用户服务的质量。
Data mining technology is a useful method of organizing knowledge from a mass of incomplete,random data.In this article,the definition of data mining,functions and applications in the library were described,hoping to help improve the quantity and quality of customer service.
