摘要
以多媒体和文本数据库形式面向"三农"提供权威、系统、可操作性强的农业实用技术,是促进农业科技成果高效转化、满足农业生产者对农业科技信息需求的重要手段。本项研究利用现代信息技术手段制作农业实用技术多媒体影视节目、编制文本农业实用技术数据资源、建设基于B/S模式的文本和多媒体数据库发布平台和数据库查询信息系统。对数据库的设计思想、结构功能与实现方式进行了较为详尽的阐述。
Multimedia and text database offer practical technology of agriculture with authority, systemic, and high operability. It is an important tool to promote efficient conversion of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, and to satisfy agricultural producers with agricultural technology information. This study uses the modern information tools to produce practical technology of agricultural multi-media fihn and television programs, to prepare technical data and practical version of the agricultural resources, and to build the texts based on B/S model and multimedia publishing platform and database query information systems. It has described the design, structure and function of the database in detail.
