摘要
压力传感器广泛应用于检测和控制气体的压力,将被测量的压力值转换成电信号,并通过模数转换器转换成数字信号,便于各种微处理器的处理。通过研究传感器输入端真空度值与负载端输出电压的关系,利用数学工具获得拟合曲线,将其应用于自动控制系统中的程序设计,取得了良好的效果。
Pressure sensors are widely used in inspecting and controlling the pressure of gas.Pressure sensors could reflect the weak change of pressure in electronic signs and index,and it could be used on microprocessors.Through relations between the vacuum degree of input end of sensor and voltage of head end,and got the fitted curve with the mathematical instrument,the study could be used on programming design of automatic control systems with good result.
