摘要
为保证烤烟不育系和杂交种的种子质量，提高单位面积种子产量，降低制种成本，以云烟85原种和烤烟主栽品种MS云烟85为试验材料，研究了不同时期花粉授粉对烤烟授粉效果和种子质量的影响。结果表明：随着父本花粉采集时间的延长，母本授粉后的坐果率、单果粒数、单果种子重量、单株产量和种子质量呈逐渐降低趋势。使用中心花开放后31—40d收集的花粉进行授粉，授粉效果较好，种子产量和质量较高，各项指标与对照差异均不显著。花粉采集期延长至中心花开放后40d，可以提高单位面积花粉的产量，父母本种植比例可以扩大为1：4～4．5，有效降低制种成本。
In order to guarantee the seed quality of sterile line and hybrid of flue - cured tobacco, increase the seed yield per unit area, and reduce production cost, this paper investigated the effects of different stage pollens from Yunyan 85 （Nicotiana tabacum L. ） on pollination effect and seed quality of flue - cured tobacco MS Yunyan 85. The results showed that the fruit setting rate, seed number per capsule, seed weight per capsule, yield per plant and seed quality of MS Yunyan 85 gradually reduced along with the prolonging of pollen collection time. MS Yunyan 85 had better pollination effect and higher seed yield and quality, and all indexes was not signifi- cantly different from those of the control when the pollens collected on the 31 st ~ 40th day after florescence of central flowers were used to pollinate. Using the pollens collected on the 40th day after florescence of central flowers to pollinate could increase pollen production per unit area, effectively reduce seed production cost because the planting proportion of male parent and female parent could increase to 1：4 ~4.5.
