摘要
本文针对抚顺市的实际情况，提出复盖坡面、缓截水势、蓄存水能、截排水流等措施以控制水土流失。
According to the actual conditions of Hushun City,the paper puts forward the measures such as the covering of slope,slow interception of water flow,storage of water energy,interception and discharge of water flow etc. so as to control water loss and soil erosion.
