Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料的热变形研究

摘要 制备了Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在不同变形温度、不同变形速率下对试验材料进行压缩试验,研究Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料和纯铝的热变形行为。结果表明,试验材料的流变应力随着变形温度的降低和变形速率的增加而升高;Al2O3颗粒对铝基复合材料具有明显的强化作用,且能抑制复合材料的动态再结晶过程。 Thermal deformation behavior of Al2O3 particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites fabricated and pure Al were tested by compression with the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator at different deformation temperature and different deformation rates.The results show that the flow stress is increased with decreasing in deformation temperature and increasing in deformation rates.Al matrix composites were greatly strengthened by Al2O3 particulate as a result of restraining dynamic recrystallization in the composites.
