摘要
介绍一种用于故障诊断的瞬时角速度测试方法，通过实例提出基于同步采样角速度信号的齿轮诊断方法。大量试验结果表明齿轮故障特征在角速度信号中表现显著，利用时域平均法可以从其同步采样信号中获得清晰的故障特征。这种方法对齿轮系统具有良好的诊断效果。
In this paper, after the presentation abut an angular velocity measurement method suitable to machine diagnosing a new ideal of gear faults diagnostic based on synchronous sampling angular velocity signal is proposed and the demonstrations for the use of new technique is presented. A lot of experiments have shown the outstanding appearance of fault characteristics in rotational velocity signals,distinct signal corresponding to the considering gear fault can be separated from the signals obtained by the method in this paper. This new technique is powerful to diagnose gear faults.
