摘要
为解决宝钢1220DCR机组二次冷轧过程中由于中间辊窜动使得辊间压力横向分布不均匀加剧,出现尖峰分布,导致轧辊辊耗增加甚至在轧辊边部出现色差缺陷的问题,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,并结合1220DCR机组的设备与工艺特点,提出了一套适合于二次冷轧机组中间辊优化设计技术,对机组中间辊的辊端倒角曲线进行了优化设计,有效地避免了因中间辊窜动而引起的辊间压力分布不均匀、出现尖峰分布等副作用,在提高板形质量的同时最大程度地降低辊间压力分布的不均匀程度,削减辊间压力分布的峰值,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
In order to solve the problems of roll depreciation increasing and even color aberration appearing in roll edge caused by non-homogeneous of pressure distribution in rolls and peak distribution due to middle roll shift in 1220 DCR of Baosteel, combined with the craft feature and equipment characteristic, a setup technique of middle roll optimization suitable to DCR was invented to optimize the roller end chamfer curve. Some minus effect caused by middle roll shift, such as non-homogeneous of pressure distribution in rolls, peak distribution and so on were avoided effectively. The rate of non-homogeneous of pressure distribution in rolls was reduced in the greatest level, and the peak value of pressure distribution in rolls was reduced too. Good effect was obtained.
