摘要
为了对阀门位置进行实时监测和控制,采用线性霍尔传感器A1392为测量元件,以MSP430F169单片机作为信号采集、A/D转换、算法运算的元件,且以AD421作为单片机供电及D/A转换元件,完成了线性霍尔变送器的硬件设计,并改进了磁钢的结构,提出了线性霍尔传感器非线性方法的测量方案,实现了对阀门位置信号的无接触实时精确测量。实验结果表明,该霍尔变送器系统能实现对阀门位置值的准确变送。
Aiming at realizing real time supervising and controlling of position packed on valve, the linear Hall sensor A1392 was applied as detecting device, MSP430F169 was used as signal collection, A/D conversion, algorithm operation component, AD421 was applied as power supply and D/A conversion component. The hardware was developed for measuring position packed on valve. The structure of alnico was improved and the methodological of nonlinearity was put forward. Precise data sampling of valve position was realized. The test results indicate that the system can comparatively evaluate the precise state of the valve position.
